Call of Duty: WWII (Nov. 3; PC, PS4, Xbox One)

Call of Duty releases the newest edition on November 3rd.  Back to the 20th century and the events of World War II.  Say good-bye to high-tech double jumps and boost slides, energy shields and combat drones. Adios to the long-standing conventions like regenerating health!  Call of Duty: WWII is a complete throwback in many different ways!

Call of Duty WWII

Single-player showcases your skills and war rage as the American forces making a push into Germany during the later years of the war. Multiplayer mode features a few modifications, like the Divisions system that dictates your skills and loadouts. Nazi Zombies are featured in the return of the classic Survival mode.

OneTab (Google Chrome & Firefox Web Extension)

Reduce your tab clutter with this app.  I don’t know about you, but I keep a ton of tabs open in my web browser (Google Chrome).  For me it’s a work thing:  I’m constantly opening new tabs on various topics and then it’s the “Ohhh, SHINEY!!!” effect.  I click on the next topic and another tab is created.

With all browsers, Chrome tends to get sluggish with the more tabs I keep open.  Plus, with more tabs, they keep getting smaller and smaller with less and less of a description.  Finally all you are able to see is just a little icon that is nearly impossible to click on without accidentally clicking the close tab “X”.

This ingenious Chrome extension is the perfect solution: OneTab.  OneTab converts all your open tabs into a single one list.  When you access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.  Also, don’t feel like you have to keep your web browser open, because they will stay on your OneTab Page until you reopen them or delete them.

Stranger Things 2
Stranger Things: Season 2 (Netflix)

This vintage sci-fi thriller is back again.  It's 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon.

Will Byers has returned from the Upside Down, but something more sinister lurks and threatens those who survived.  There are surely more secrets of Hawkins Lab to be revealed this season.
